Yesterday in Sunday School, we reviewed our ACTS prayers 🙏 (Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, Supplication) and added our favorites to our prayer journals. Sunday School meets after worship.
Faith’s widows support group, Naomi, will meet tomorrow, November 18, at 1:00 in the fellowship hall. We will talk about how joy and sorrow can co-exist, and that God’s grace allows for both.
Thank you for such enthusiastic support for Advent Unwrapped! 🎄🎁🎀☕️ Only a few tickets remain for our women’s coffee scheduled for Saturday, December 6 from 10:00 am–12:00 noon. This Sunday, November 23, is the last Sunday to purchase tickets, $8 each. Faith-filled fellowship shared with friends in anticipation of and preparation for the celebration of God’s Greatest Gift! The Christmas Congregational meal this year will be a BRUNCH on Sunday, December 14, following the worship service. 🎄🎁 Women’s Circle, with Thrivent Action Dollars, will purchase all ready-to-serve foods. No cooking! No cost! No late hours clean-up! Sign up by December 7 to determine the correct food purchases. Following the brunch, we will enjoy a carol sing and a white elephant gift exchange. All gifts should be family friendly. Fun and fellowship! Plan to attend!
