In Sunday School this week, we will review our ACTS prayers (Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, Supplication) and add our favorites to our prayer journals. Sunday School meets after worship.
Faith’s widows support group, Naomi, will meet Tuesday, November 18 at 1:00 in the fellowship hall. We will talk about how joy and sorrow can co-exist, and that God’s grace allows for both.
Advent Unwrapped A simple, but seasonal, women’s coffee to ready our hearts in anticipation of and preparation for the celebration of God’s Greatest Gift! Saturday, December 6, 2025, 10:00 am-12:00 noon. Tickets will be available for $8 in the Narthex November 9, 16, and 23 after services. Seating is limited, so be sure to purchase your tickets early. Faith-filled fellowship (and don’t forget the delicious treats!) shared with friends – mark your calendars, invite a friend or two; we look forward to you joining us! The Christmas Congregational meal this year will be a Christmas Brunch on Sunday, December 14, following the worship service. Women’s Circle, with Thrivent Action Dollars, will purchase all ready-to-serve foods. No cooking! No cost! No late hours clean-up! Sign up by December 7 to determine the correct food purchases. Following the brunch, we will enjoy a carol sing and a white elephant gift exchange. All gifts should be family-friendly. Fun and fellowship! Plan to attend!
God in His incomparable love has made a way for us through the wilderness. He did this by giving us His Son, our Light in the darkness.
