This will be Mrs. Griesse’s last Sunday School with us, for a while, anyway. We’ll finish talking about Martin Luther’s world-changing ministry, and especially how God perfectly timed the invention of the printing press to spread His Truth everywhere. 🖨️ Sunday School meets after worship.
It’s the giving season! Instead of making our special offerings at only one or two services at the end of the year, we’re declaring that today (Sunday, November 23) through Sunday, January 4 is Faith’s “giving season.” Write “Special Offerings” on your check memo and generously support the Rescue Mission, Life Choices, Alatheia Riding Center and Brave Warriors locally; and Lutherans in Africa and Danelle Putnam Schumann internationally. – Stewardship
Thank you for such enthusiastic support of Advent Unwrapped! 🎄🎁🎀☕️ Only a few tickets remain for our women’s coffee scheduled for Saturday, December 6 from 10:00–12:00 noon. This Sunday, November 23, is the last Sunday to purchase tickets for $8 each. Faith-filled fellowship shared with friends in anticipation of and preparation for the celebration of God’s Greatest Gift! Don’t let the opportunity pass you by – we look forward to you joining us! The Christmas Congregational meal this year will be a Christmas Brunch on Sunday, December 14, following the worship service. 🎄🎁☕️ Women’s Circle, with Thrivent Action Dollars, will purchase all ready-to-serve foods. No cooking! No cost! No late hours clean-up! Sign up by December 7 to determine the correct food purchases. Following the brunch, we will enjoy a carol sing and a white elephant gift exchange. All gifts should be family-friendly. Fun and fellowship! Plan to attend!
The church will be open next week Monday through Wednesday, and then closed for Thanksgiving and the day after. 🦃🥧 Have a blessed Thanksgiving! 🙏🙌
