The ebulletin works very well on your phone if you would prefer a full bulletin with all the hymns. The livestream will be here on YouTube if you aren’t able to attend.
The bulletin for the funeral service for Barbara Miller is here on our website. Her service will be at 11:00 am tomorrow with a light lunch after.

Sunday School this week we will tackle “The Gentile Cause: The Jerusalem Council.” Did all the new believers really have to keep the old Jewish laws to be saved by God? The Jerusalem Council was able to honor God’s Word and maintain peace and good order in the Church. We’ll find out how they did it. Sunday School meets after worship.
This week is the last Sunday Elisabeth Tatusko will worship with us before she moves to New York. Faith will host a Farewell Reception for her following worship. Cards of blessings are available on the Narthex table.
Former Faith Members Dewey and Ruth Stedman, now of Mesa, AZ, will worship with us this Sunday. Join them for lunch and visiting at Bob’s Burgers and Brew, 795 Grant Road, following Elisabeth’s reception.
Altar Guild is hosting a Free Yard Sale of seasonal items, décor, glassware, crafting supplies, and more! 🎄🎀🕯️ Please check out the tables in the Old Narthex to find your new treasures. All is free, donations to Altar Guild will be accepted.

It’s time to update the Emergency Contacts List, sponsored by our Naomi widows’ group. This is a low-tech paper list that shows us how to contact your family or friend in case you should have an emergency at church. It supplements the computerized lists that Hollie and the elders have. We want to make sure we have the most current contact information for you. This list will be private and yet accessible in strategic locations in the church. Take an information sheet at the round library table if you need to sign up or make an update. We’ll keep the materials out through the month of September.
We will be revising our Prayer Chain list soon. 🙏 Please sign up on the Kiosk to be added to the new Prayer Chain. Talk to Eva Williams with any questions. Thank you for your time to pray for your congregation!

As Lutheran Women in Mission, we joyfully proclaim Christ, support missions, and equip women to honor God by serving others. On Lutheran Women in Mission Sunday, we remember our past and look to the future. We will celebrate Luther Women in Mission Sunday this year on October 5.
If you haven’t yet, please return your Portals of Prayer survey to Stan or to the office. We will continue to provide the devotionals to all who request them. Digital subscriptions are also available online.
Stewardship is featuring Lutheran Hour Ministries this quarter on our New Bulletin Board in the old narthex. LHM does so many things to spread the Word that one bulletin board is hardly enough! Be sure to stop by and take a look.
Our holiday Special Offerings are coming right up. Which charities shall we give to? This year we’d like to build our local charities list from organizations that you are already working with, or are materially supporting. Visit the table in the narthex and let us know which local charities you support with your time and/or money.
