The Congregational Meeting will be this Sunday, April 12, at noon. As part of our meeting, we will be holding a special election to fill the position of Recording Secretary. Nancy Schauer is our current candidate. Voters Packets have been sent to members with email addresses. Please review this information before the meeting, and bring a copy of it with you if you are able. There will be a limited number of copies available at the meeting. Please plan to attend this important meeting.
This week, the Sunday School class will look at the special relationship Paul had with Timothy, whom he mentored to become a pastor and leader in the faith. Sunday School will meet after worship.
I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2 Our dear sister Florence Brunner passed away in December and is now with The Lord. Her funeral service will be tomorrow at 11:00 am here at Faith with a light lunch afterward. The bulletin is here on our website, and the service will be livestreamed here on YouTube.
A Funeral Reception will be hosted by Women’s Circle for Jo Cadwallader on April 18. There are sign up sheets on the Kiosk for help needed with salads and desserts, serving, and cleanup. Help will be much appreciated.
The LWML South Columbia Zone Spring Joy Shop will be hosted by St. Paul’s Lutheran Church on Saturday, April 18, beginning at 9:30 am. All women of the congregation are encouraged to attend. The in-gathering will support the Rescue Mission by collecting men’s and women’s socks. 🧦 Please join in supporting this important Christian community ministry. A box is under the mailboxes for donations.
