Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26 We will celebrate our beloved friend Pastor Gary Krumdieck with a funeral service tomorrow at 11:00 am and a light lunch after. This week in Sunday School, we’ll pick up where we left off on our video—we’ll be talking about Luke. Did you know that, with the Gospel of Luke and Acts, Luke the Evangelist actually wrote more of the New Testament than the Apostle Paul?! Sunday School meets after worship.
Tabitha Circle will be having their annual baby shower for Mountain View Women’s Health, previously Real Options, on February 12, at 9:30 am. All women in the congregation are invited! If you are a knitter or seamstress, or just love buying baby items, they will be joyfully appreciated. Stay for a short meeting and learn more about Tabitha.
Women’s Circle Annual Potato Bar Dinner will be Sunday, February 22, from 5:00 pm-6:30 pm! Come and fix a potato with a variety of toppings – ham, cheese, chili, broccoli, onions, etc. 🥔🥗🧁 There will be a large salad bar, as well as an array of desserts and beverages. Your free-will offering supports Women’s Circle missions and congregational projects. Come and enjoy some yummy food and fun Faith fellowship. Invite your friends! Thrivent Action Dollars supports this project!
Packing Friendship is in need of new leadership because Peggy is no longer physically able to continue the responsibilities she’s had for the past five years. It doesn’t really take a considerable amount of time; shopping to keep the pantry stocked, preparing eleven snack bags each week, then putting them into Hollie’s car so she can deliver them to the kids at Lee Elementary School every Thursday afternoon.
