Preschool Mission Statement

The mission of Faith Lutheran Preschool is to provide a safe, Christ-centered learning environment where children are spiritually, mentally, emotionally, socially and physically nurtured by a dedicated Christian staff through an academic and Christian curriculum.

Affiliation:  Faith Lutheran Church is a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS).

Our Curriculum

Opening the World of Learning (OWL)

*6 units: Wind & Water, Family, The World of Color, Friends, Shadows & Reflections, The Way Things Grow

This curriculum reaches all content areas, provides hands on experience, creative projects, fiction and non-fiction literature, music and poetry.

Open Court Sound Spelling Cards with an emphasis on phoenemic awareness.

Voyages - Exploring God's Word - Bible Curriculum through Concordia Publishing

Field Trips, Fenced Playground, Low Teacher/Student Ratio, Parents always welcome to volunteer!

Throughout the school year, your child will be given the opportunity to grow and develop in a variety of situations and learning opportunities.  We hope to challenge and nurture students in their knowledge and experiences in the following areas:  Social/Emotional, Academic, Physical and Biblical.

 

A Typical Day at Preschool

9-9:15am - Student Arrival/Craft or Activity

9:30am - Circle Time

10:00am - Center Time

10:40am - Bathroom Break/Recess

11:00am - Snack

11:20am - Bible Time/Chapel

11:40am - Music and Movement/Supplemental Craft

12:00 - Pick Up
